By everything I do, I focus on challenging the status quo and thinking different – Difference matters!
Once I have been asked: "What is your super power?"An intense question but it didn't took me long to answer that question. Upfront, I don't do spider webs, I don't turn into green when I'm angry and I usually don't use hammers to get things done.
My super power is to think big, solve problems and raise my own bar every day a little bit higher.
I do not have a "regular" high school diploma. When I was 15, I left school to work at my parents' amusement ride business. At the age of 18 I decided to go my own way. This was due to the lack of school diploma more than difficult. It was almost hopeless to get a good job. But because of my ability to see the big picture and think big, I was able to successfully overcome such situations. From a logistic and operations expert, to electrician, to application developer, to payments expert, to information security specialist.
Back in 1998 I successfully startet an education as electrician. When I worked on construction sites, it took a lot of imagination to see a finished house, apartment, or office building. Only with a lot of imagination and the will to overcome great problems something great emerge from an initially unreal environment. Since that time, I see my goal even in unreal situations and work determinedly to solve problems.
To be able to go my way, it is necessary to change constantly to think quickly in new areas of responsibility, both in the professional and in private life. My strategy is to rediscover myself every day, to raise my own bar daily to learn new skills and expand existing ones. For example, this website. Before I started building this site, I had no idea about web design. I discover new and existing areas to grow in almost daily.

A life without music, is no life. Muisic is an essential part for me. Not ony listening to music but also combinig it. For years now I'm DJing. So I can create my own symphonies.
Golf is the perfect sport for me. As often I can, I go with my friends to the golf course to play some holes. The combination of preciseness and being outside is the perfect combination.
To know the future, you first of all need to know history. We can learn a lot out of history. Reading books about the great persons and ancient times, helps me to better understand our presence.
